DO YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHERE YOUR BUSINESS IS NOW?

Are you someone who takes total responsibility for where your business is right now or are you someone who is constantly blaming external situations that are outside of your control?

How will blaming somebody else or complaining about how things aren’t going your way benefit you?

Blaming others or making excuses is not going to solve your problems or allow you to grow as a person. Because by doing that you are expecting others to change or behave in a certain way.

These are futile expectations.

However, when you do take complete responsibility for your life, you learn to deal with your life in a better way and you don’t feel overwhelmed by the negative experiences. You don’t waste your time in complaining about why everything is so unfair and why you are not able to achieve your goals.

Instead, you become aware of the opportunities around you and you strive to change things for the better by actually taking necessary action. You realise that you have the power to steer your life in the right direction. Whereas, not taking responsibility for your life makes it stagnant. By us acting responsibly, we encourage others to act responsibly and we impact our attitude and the attitudes of those who associate with us in a positive way.

Taking full responsibility for your life doesn’t mean that you blame yourself if something negative happens to you as if you caused it. Even when something negative happens to you, you should take the responsibility of bringing yourself out of that state and focus on positivity instead. It’s about not letting external factors affect your life negatively.

There will always be external factors outside our control that could or will impact our life and our business, and we must be ready for them – even though we will have no idea what they will be or when they will happen. This is all part of planning and strategising.

Be aware of your choices, no matter how small or insignificant they might seem as every choice you make affects your life in some way.

The choices you make drive your life, so it is important that you make the right ones.
